2. Support high educational and ethical standards within the massage profession.
3. Foster a sprit of cooperation and the exchange of ideas and techniques among its members.
4. Promote legislation that supports, and oppose legislation that harms the massage profession.
5. Protect and preserve the rights of its members.
6. Enhance the public understanding, appreciation and utilization of massage.
7. Provide input to the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Licensing and Certification Division, regarding industry needs.
